Never exercised, overweight, don't like running?

If you answered yes to any of the above then we have a specific program for people like you. Recruit Camp has been specifically designed for people with little or no exercise experience. Recruit Camp is just like Boot Camp but the intensity is reduced and we ramp up the fun factor.
 

Looking for something a bit more extreme?

Once a month we hold a 3 hour session of hard physical training known as Hell Camp. Anyone can join, with no exercise limitations, as long as your prepared to be challenged.
 

Weight loss results for January 2009

Participants join Boot Camp for a variety of reasons however the most common would be for weight loss and increase fitness, every month we have an amazing success story. How about this for results – for the month of January 2009, our total participants lost a staggering 130 kgs. HOWZAT for results!!

 
That’s not all, the group also improved their strength and fitness by approximately 20% in just 12 session, that’s 3 times per week of fun supported activities. Participants who couldn’t run 400m were now running 6-7 km. So what are you waiting for come and join us and see what the fuss is about. You can swap and change any session to suit your lifestyle

Since you are not locked into any session, you can swap and change any session to suit your lifestyle and not even advise us, it’s that simple! Boot Camp Tasmania runs sessions on a monthly basis which generally start in the first week of the month. Places fill fast so it is imperative that you enrol before the places run out.

With both morning and evening sessions there is absolutely no reason why anyone needs to miss out. In Hobart Boot Camp is held at Rosny College. In Launceston all Boot Camp sessions are held at Royal Park. We also do corporate and group sessions so if you have something in mind for your organisation please contact us now.
