Has many years of experience in the health industry with a background in nursing and more recently moving into fitness leadership as an extension of her area of health related interest. She has completed a range of courses that enable her to prescribe extensive exercise and nutrition advice.
 
Melanie is qualified as a personal trainer with a key focus on strength and conditioning coaching to assist you to achieve your optimal level of peak performance whatever your goals may be.
 
Melanie believes in getting back to basics as the foundation for exercise prescription and is committed to assisting each participant to gain realistic outcomes from their training programs.
