Never exercised, don't like running, overweight, if this sounds like you then we have just the program. We realise not everyone is quite ready for a full on exercise program like Boot camp, so we also offer a Recruit Camp program especially for beginners. Recruit camp is a less intense version of Boot Camp specifically designed for those who do not like exercise, have little or no exercise history and or for people who are over weight.
