Bootcamp Tasmania was the best thing I ever did. I was lazy and when it hurt I stopped, but now I have great instructors there to encourage and push me that bit further. I feel so much better after the morning session (it doesn't take that long to get used to the 5.30am starts-I promise!). It only took one month to see the difference in fitness and that was all I needed to continue. If you are in doubt do it, what have you got to lose?!

Who would have thought getting out of bed at 05:00 to exercise would be fun? But that's what bootcamp is all about. Great instructors who will push you to do your best and great camaderie amongst the other participants make bootcamp the only place to go to lose weight and gain fitness.

In the last 3 months of Bootcamp I have lost 12kg of weight, have improved on my fitness dramatically,my overall well being has also changed I am less stressed and am able to manage my work more effectively, all this in a fun environment with competent trainers, in my opinion bootcamp Tasmania ticks all the right boxes.

The results speak for themselves! After 7 months of Bootcamp Tasmania I can run 10km in under 50 minutes & my beep test levels have reached the teens! What more can I say! Thanks Bootcamp Tasmania!
